This 5 day Rest and Reset is an attunement not only for the body, it is for the mind and soul as well. 
This will be a 3 day juice cleanse with 1 day pre and 1 day post integration.

If you are in the city of Toronto, you do not have a juicer at home and/or are looking to purchase ready made juices, we have partnered up with The Organic Press located in Kensington Market, Toronto Ontario to offer you a juice package consisting of 12 juices (4/day) and 3 boosters (1/day). Juices are available for in store pick up or delivery for an additional $10 charge. Please inquire about delivery due to Covid guidlines.
